Mr. Kantor served as the chairman and CEO of a succession of real estate investment and development companies over the past 40 years. In this capacity, he has acquired and managed investments in excess of $1 billion in real estate partnerships, creating a successful track record of both consistent cash flows and high returns on invested capital. He created his first investment partnership in 1973 and continues to make investments with some of the partners who invested in that first transaction, Eastgate Plaza in Bellevue, Wash. Mr. Kantor holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He was a graduate fellow at New York University, and earned his juris doctor law degree, specializing in tax and securities, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Mr. Kantor served as a law clerk on The United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in San Francisco from 1969-1970.
