Ms. Watson has 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate management and sales. She has years of experience in brokerage administration, hands-on commercial management and leasing, investor and tenant relations and project acquisitions. Ms. Watson handled immense land acquisition and relocation projects as a Relocation Assistant and Right of Way Specialist for W.D. Schock Company, Inc., working on such projects as the expansion of Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas and McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. The McCarran project entailed the acquisition and relocation of 350 single family homes, businesses and a 112-unit apartment complex. Very early on in her career, Ms. Watson was a Public Housing Manager for HUD in Missoula, Montana. A licensed sales associate in the State of Idaho, Ms. Watson earned a BS in Psychology from Boise State University.
