Class-A office building acquired in 1985 from Ivar Haglund of the famous Ivar’s Restaurants. Robert Kantor was part of the group that acquired and renovated it in 1986, and that was instrumental in maintaining the manually operated elevators. The Tower has had a number of owners since.
