Olio Pavilion is a Kroger Marketplace shadow-anchored center located near the intersection of 116th Street and Olio Road in the affluent northeast Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, Indiana. The center, constructed in 2007, is situated on a 1.28-acre site and is 100% occupied.

Tenants include long-term occupants compatible with the particular local demographic they serve. The center is well situated in a high traffic retail destination in the prosperous Geist Reservoir submarket, with several national retailers.

Further proof of the area’s characterization as a high growth area is the nearing completion of Kroger’s conversion of their local supermarket to a Kroger Marketplace. The $20 million expansion will increase the current footprint from 65,000 sq ft to 123,000.
